...and sunshine and a happy cat!
I have to say, the fluffy pancakes were quite something, they were very tasty, and lovely for a change, but fluffy was a bit of a misnomer, they made a thudding sound when they dropped onto the plate, and they tasted more like a doughnut than a pancake! I could feel my arteries shrieking in protest - luckily I had a bit of gardening planned for afterwards to work it off!
